Reservation Terms & conditions of HoneyBee Homestay.

• Required copy of Guest's Photo ID proof issued by Central / State Government /Passport & Visa copy (Passport/Voters ID/PAN Card/Driving License/Aadhar), Original will be verified at the time of check-in.
• Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 2 kids (extra beds required for more than 2 adults).
• Check-in time: 12:30 pm // Check-out time : 12 noon
• Damage to property, furniture and other equipment if done by the guest will be charged extra / deducted from the refundable security deposit in case for long stay.
• AC, Water heaters and other electronics and electrical equipments must be turned off when the guests goes out.
• Homestay Booking confirmation : Booking is confirmed only on accepting an  advance payment of Rs 4800.00 or 40% of total amount (which ever is higher). You may deposit /Pay Online/ transfer the money to our banks accounts.
• Balance payment to be paid one day before you checkout (not applicable for stay more that 7 days, special terms apply).
• Cancellation Policy: If cancelled before 30 days - Full Refund. If cancelled between 30 and 20 days: 50% refund, No refund thereafter.
