Proof of identity

All guests who are above 18 years old are compulsory required to submit a valid ID proof (Issued by government which has address proof) Only following ID cards are accepted

• Passport (Only passport accepted in case of foreigners)
• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• Driving Licence
• Overseas Citizenship of India Card

Booking

Booking to this villa / apartment is confirmed only on acceptance of 40% of total booking amount.

Cancelation / Refund

• No refund if cancelled within 30 days to check-in
• If cancellation is requested within 30-60 days prior to check-in 70% refund will be issued, 30% is cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is requested within 60-90 days prior to check-in 80% refund will be issued, 20% is cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is requested 90 days or before to check-in date refund of 95% will be issued, 5% is cancellation fees.

Those who wish to cancel their bookings should send a cancellation request to stay@honeybeehomestay.com (only such cancellation request will be accepted).
